Product/service fit is good. Leadership and culture is terrible. Growth expectations are unreasonable. The internal overhead isn’t worth the money.

My overall experience was good. The layoffs were and continue to be brutal for so many people. I loved the opportunity to help customers in the way I did in a senior role. The possibilities are endless if you have good leadership at AWS.
