Great product and leading cloud market. Culture has totally shifted over last few years, no longer as customer obsessed, innovative (on sales front), and no emphasis on career progression or training. Hit your KPI's and numbers and you'll be good, but know you will just be a number here and burn and churn culture is more prevalent then ever.

The experience at AWS is less about driving deals and more about driving visibility. Much of the solutioning is left to partners and leadership is less interested in pipeline than Executive Engagement.

Overall great experience until 2024 where the quality of leadership declined. The pip quota is a real thing and without hiring it negatively impacts the culture.
