AWS is great for its customer, incredible products and brand. It increasingly treats it's employee poorly, which gets worse year on year. The redundancies have gutted important team, for example revenue operations leaving reps with commission for over 12 months. AWS also makes awful leadership hires... ex start up CEOs cannot run sales organizations.
