Former Employee4.7May 9, 2024My experience there was phenomenal! Of course there is red tape but overall I felt I had control of my business and was really able to help customers, make great money, and not have much stress on the day-to-day. It is difficult to move into management, but being an IC was a great experience

Current Employee2.1Dec 12, 2023Management has chosen to lower the bar for new hires. Those same managers are hiring at a lower bar and a higher level than existing reps.. The bar lowering hiring strategy has created a sales organization where five years ago everyone you worked with was extremely sharp, to 2023 where new hires wouldn’t be qualified had we interviewed them in 2018.
