My overall experience was good. The pace is relentless. There’s ample politics and toxic managers, but the work is interesting and there’s real money to be made.

Great learning experience with some of the smartest people I have ever met. The OTE needs to be higher for the L5 role. You make your Comp increases by leveling up, not necessarily the title of the role.
