Leadership is attempting to cut costs by pushing Training offerings with higher margin. These offerings don't adequately fit with market expectations of value and cost, making the sale difficult and customer nonplussed. Additionally, incentive funding which was previously relied on is actively being reduced which creates added difficulty when being compared to lower cost alternatives.

Terrific place to work. Strong leadership, strong product/market fit. Room to improve cross-Amazon collaboration for Account Exec's and customer-facing teams, but overall great sales org.
