SMB is a disaster. Leadership has no experience actually selling in this space and is so disconnected from the actual day to day realities. If I were to do it over I’d only go for Enterprise roles, trust me.

Enterprise segment accounts can be hit or miss. Large contracts (10M+) and spifs makeup for the comp gap. Internal promotion is very difficult and tedious - you need to come in as an L6 to have portability internally.

My overall experience was that it was good for what I thought it was. A short term, big money with bad culture and toxic leadership.

Great place to work - can have a pretty hierachachical structure, depending on whether you are in a good team it can have some cultural issues. However if you can source, prospect and lead you will do well.
