AWS is a great place to work. There are endless training/learning opportunities and you will be well setup to jump anywhere afterwards.

I was lucky to have excellent managers, but I’ve heard from people that things can go south fast if your manager is not good. Amazon is pushing hard for employees to go back to the office, which has created a lot of uncertainty and decrease my level of satisfaction working for this company
