Leadership is weak, very product focused. The motivation is very low and the manager does not help to foster a good working environment. Because of internal hiring freeze, there is no option to move positions and everyone is stuck here

Top talent will see comp rise a lot with new stock top ups and base raise. Best way to make more money is to get to L5+
