Overall experience has been incredible at AWS. Unless a customer decides to leave, you can coast and hit a good % of your OTE. Work/life balance is important there. Since I started in 2020, culture has changed for the worse and the org feels bloated. We keep rinsing and repeating the same motions, with no innovation.
