Culture is declining with bigger quotas and decreased customer satisfaction. Overall pay is better than market rate

Enterprise segment accounts can be hit or miss. Large contracts (10M+) and spifs makeup for the comp gap. Internal promotion is very difficult and tedious - you need to come in as an L6 to have portability internally.
