Moved to an older sales part of the organization. Great leaders on paper, but many lack EQ. A lot of fire alarms take time away from customer engagements. Lack of investment in sales intelligence tools makes managing 300+ accounts very difficult. It is great pay, but it is very easy to reach burnout.

overall is good but company changed quota and ramp plan that was promised during the interview which makes a big change on how much money you wll close
