Very "cliquey". Senior leadership (I.e. at the country manager level) is not dictating the right KPI's and creating too many goals for sales reps to adhere to. Since there are no commissions, sales are expected to meet unrealistic meeting goals.

Great product market fit, poor leadership and few perks. Great for someone early in their career looking to grow and then move on, or those who are okay with complacency / are not in a position to care about career progression.

My overall experience was 4/5, there's so much going on Amazon and leadership sometimes changes very quickly within a certain department leaving it hard to establish a relationship / get the training you need. Would highly recommend to those that take personal initiative to be succesful.
