Former Employee3.0Nov 8, 2024Very "cliquey". Senior leadership (I.e. at the country manager level) is not dictating the right KPI's and creating too many goals for sales reps to adhere to. Since there are no commissions, sales are expected to meet unrealistic meeting goals.

Former Employee2.0Feb 6, 2025My overall experience was good. The company is very demanding and sets a high bar but often times misses out on the fact we are all humans. The business has succeeded for decades so they must do something very right. It's not a culture for everyone.
