My overall experience was 4/5, there's so much going on Amazon and leadership sometimes changes very quickly within a certain department leaving it hard to establish a relationship / get the training you need. Would highly recommend to those that take personal initiative to be succesful.

Overall my experience was average, the organization did not move to variable compensation even after 3 years of promising it. This is a big miss to incentivize sales people and led to excessive focus KPI versus real performance of increasing revenue.

Great product market fit, poor leadership and few perks. Great for someone early in their career looking to grow and then move on, or those who are okay with complacency / are not in a position to care about career progression.
