My overall experience was 4/5, there's so much going on Amazon and leadership sometimes changes very quickly within a certain department leaving it hard to establish a relationship / get the training you need. Would highly recommend to those that take personal initiative to be succesful.

Great company, not really an incentive structure currently as it's a combination of base, bonus (goes away after year 2) and then RSUs.

My overall experience has been mid. Quota targets are unattainable. There is no compensation structure. There are no bonuses
