Current Employee3.4May 6, 2024Majority of my pay is based on RSUs which is why my base is so low. Our team does not make commission so the only way we can increase our compensation is by getting promoted to a higher level which results in a higher base and more stocks.

Not only are we doing our everyday sales role, but taking on projects to build our sales org. Without bringing a project to completion that can bring a monetary value to the org, no promotion can come from just your everyday KPI’s
