Decent company if you're okay with having your sales numbers and process change by leadership frequently. this company doesnt plan for the future they make quick decisions with minimal thought and expect sales to pick up the slack and create new processes.

For Germany, Altium base salaries are quite high+ Great product and market fit. besides these two, the rest is super poor
