For Germany, Altium base salaries are quite high+ Great product and market fit. besides these two, the rest is super poor

My overall experience is good. Management is working toward positive changes, sales recognition and achievable sales targets but constant changes have gotten in our way over the course of my time here. it’s a fun place to work but needs a lot of improvement.

Altium is a weird company. The base is fine but the whole strategy for sales needs to be overhauled. We have to make way too many calls for the number of clients we have and we basically harrass the clients calling them every week even if they clearly state they don’t need anything for months. Great base and good place to sit around at for a year to get paid to make calls and sell nothing. No inbound leads. Territories consist of 1 man shops that will never expand but you have to email them everyday and make 40 outbound a day minimum. Management would’ve tanked this company if the software wasn’t so great
