Altium is a weird company. The base is fine but the whole strategy for sales needs to be overhauled. We have to make way too many calls for the number of clients we have and we basically harrass the clients calling them every week even if they clearly state they don’t need anything for months. The management is terrible but the base salary is good and they provide lunch. I would recommend looking elsewhere
