If you want to: -be relentlessly micromanaged by fear-based leaders (some with 0 mgmt experience) -commute to work in an overcrowded, chaotic office -receive 0 mentorship, coaching, or growth opportunity -disregard unequal pay -abandon all sales methodologies for “spray and pray” telemarketing and discounts -have minimal PTO -be reprimanded for not making 50 calls/day even after exceeding quota -be treated like a child regardless of experience or performance -experience leaders take stress out on you -drive full speed into a brick wall of burnout -have free lunches and free parking This is the place for you. They want warm bodies, not top talent.

Decent company with high-ish base but operates like a start up. Not a place to grow your sales career by any means.

Great base and good place to sit around at for a year to get paid to make calls and sell nothing. No inbound leads. Territories consist of 1 man shops that will never expand but you have to email them everyday and make 40 outbound a day minimum. Management would’ve tanked this company if the software wasn’t so great
