Missed the glory days of selling Alation as the product and the market has shifted completely and not to the advantage of sellers

It was much better when I started. A lot of transitions and leadership shifts have made it challenging. Quotas do align to new lowered average deal price, which has significantly reduced based on a much more competitive marketplace.
