Very professional environment, product was being sold in a saturated market with little potential to make any money. Too many obstacles to commission. People did not work hard, just took base salary but wanted to earn commission. OTE promised was not realistic.

Akamai is a fine place to work if you work 9-5 and are looking for a long term role without exerting yourself. Good for the renewal seller and traditional SE.
