Overall, Airtable has an amazing ability to solve problems. However, the broad “one platform for everything” messaging confuses the ICP and can make it challenging to pinpoint turnkey deals, and can lead to slower velocity. That said … true Champions love Airtable and will go to bat for you within the largest companies! The value can be measured and quantified - just takes work and unique approaches with each customer.

An ever-changing sales org, with challenging leadership to works with, though I did learn a lot there
