How often does the compensation plan change at Airtable, and what is the process for determining sales territories?
after laying off 40% of staff in the last few years, now Airtable are hiring again.
What has changed? they seem to be positioning themselves more as a no-code app platform than a work management one.
is it worth interviewing with them? how are the surviving AEs doing in terms of attainment etc..?
Airtable was on my short list for my next AE role but just saw they another round of layoffs, including sales being affected. At this point should just completely strike them from my list? Can reps succeed there over the next 12-18 months?
