The experience at Airtable was a great one. Great people to work with, high devotion on development, great pay and benefits. Its a cool product that can be very useful to large organizations / very flexible tool.

Transitioning from PLG to outbound and a bit of a mess internally. Good culture, perks and base pay - you need to be a bit lucky with your book to make decent money, but if that goes your way, it's a nice gig.
