Great product, some wonderful people at the IC level, wrong leadership for this market. Not bad leadership necessarily just incorrect fit for product and GTM strategy.

Great product. Culture is broken -- leading to overoptimization on people that can manage upwards but add little other value. If C-suite had the guts to actually solicit feedback throughout the org, they'd understand they keep on hiring + promoting C players
