Middle management is quite good, the culture is good too and its not too corporate. Speed of product evolution to keep pace with market feels too slow.

Great salespeople are failing here. A small handful kill it but most are at a small fraction of their quota. You will get a solid base but won’t make any real money unless you have luck, timing and the right accounts on your side.

Overall, I had great training and support from the managers and those I worked with. For the Bay Area, the starting salary is hard to live on.
