My experience with Adobe has been below average. For a large tech company, the market footprint in Germany is not strong. Clients are overall unsatisfied, churn is high. The Sales Go2Market is bad. Platform Story but Silos everywhere. 3 CRM Solutions. Sales has not much to decide.

Adobe constantly changes things to make it hard for sellers to hit their numbers (ON PURPOSE!). I would be VERY careful if joining. It 100000% depends on the specific team, product, leadership, etc. of the team you are joining. be WEARY. I was lied to about a bunch of things during the interview process. It’s a great company to work for. Layoffs are rare (I haven’t seen any in 3 years) and employees usually get a chance to take a new role. There are a lot of people that leave and come back.
