Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee It’s a great company to work for. Layoffs are rare (I haven’t seen any in 3 years) and employees usually get a chance to take a new role. There are a lot of people that leave and come back. Culture is strong in the sales org and people are willing to help though sometimes you need to pick up the phone to get something done internally.
Pay is fair and I never had an issue getting paid on what I’m owed. We are changing comp structures next year so be on the lookout for recent reviews in 2025. Quotas was extremely high and mostly unattainable for most people in a Specialist role compared to 2023.
Leadership is willing to get their hands dirty to advance a deal (it needs to be of a decent size of course) which gives them more credibility among sellers.
Overall, great company and its a good place to work.
