Is the Enterprise Content Supply Chain/AEM Team a good place to work at Adobe? What's the typical quota for a rep on this team?

Enterprise content supply chain team last year absolutely crushed it.  I think the entire org (12 reps) hit their numbers.  Because of this, they are expanding two additional teams to the org with 7 reps each (14 more reps).  Now, that usually means smaller territories unfortunately so just make sure you are aware of that.  I know the team is inheriting some accounts as Adobe used to classify enterprise as anything 1 billion and above, but this upcoming year it will be $500 million and above, but they are also losing a lot of accounts to another org.  Once a company gets to a certain Adobe spend they move up to what we call the industry teams.

AEM is a great product and AEM Sites (CMS) in particular is hands down the best CMS tool on the market and Forrester and Gardner agree to that.  AEM Assets (DAM) on the other hand is not the greatest DAM on the market and it's way overpriced for what it does.  You will also sell Workfront which is so so in my opinion, but you will have access to sell the brand new GenStudio product that is all about AI and generating text content for marketing campaigns.  It's barely gone to market just a month ago and already there are massive deals in the pipeline for it.

Also, the management in this org of Enterprise content supply chain team is good.  I think they have some good managers here.

Its a great place, but be prepared for it to be very demanding. The pay is competitive, so matches the demand. I believe the content supply chain role is Creative Cloud, Workfront, and AEM, but may be a bit off here. My quota was $6.5M to upsell existing enterprise account.

depends on the region - if this is outside US, it's a tough sell you're looking at 12-18 month sales cycle if not more
