Solid company with great work life balance. Some areas to improve on for sure but I think that’s the case everywhere. Right?

I was at Active when younger in my sales career, it was great and full of energy. There were a lot of reps overstating their deal sizes, which were based on anticipated transaction values (payment processing + SaaS), so they were definitely gaming the system in a bad way.
