Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I was at Active when younger in my sales career, it was great and full of energy. There were a lot of reps overstating their deal sizes, which were based on anticipated transaction values (payment processing + SaaS), so they were definitely gaming the system in a bad way. So they changed the comp plan drastically, which really hurt reps like me that hit the quota with honest deals. It was a fun company and good place to work and make a difference.
