Overly ambitious yearly targets are not supported by cohesive plans. Poorly designes incentive structure discourages many reps from overachieving targets. Competitive product feature and price-wise is a good fit for most non-enterprise customers.

Leadership is largely disconnected from the realities of selling to the channel. Not the best product in the market, but still very good. My overall experience was awful. The company does not help employees, it is full of deported russians and they had a massive layoff in 2023 where they tried to not offer any severance pay. People had to pay lawyers to oblige the company to give a minimum severance package.
