It's a great product, but somewhere there is a disconnect between sellers and the leadership team. Executives are brilliant but out of touch. Example: To receive a commission payout, salespeople must attain a minimum of 70%. They also have to figure out messaging themselves because it's not provided, lofty goals but not enough leads. Overly ambitious yearly targets are not supported by cohesive plans. Poorly designes incentive structure discourages many reps from overachieving targets. Competitive product feature and price-wise is a good fit for most non-enterprise customers.

My overall experience was awful. The company does not help employees, it is full of deported russians and they had a massive layoff in 2023 where they tried to not offer any severance pay. People had to pay lawyers to oblige the company to give a minimum severance package.
