Quite up & down. The business has had its challenges, but new CEO & ELT doing everything they can to improve it. Company would benefit from more fast paced sales team members who have expertise in MarTech. Clients want simplicity & it tends to be over complicated here.

The job entails working as an account manager and new logo hunter, however you are barely compensated on the AM piece and new logos are nearly impossible. The quotas are unattainable (have not had a rep hit in 2 years!) Over all vision of the product is great, but they can't seem to ever have it fully ready.

still hanging on to the IBM legacy. Technology in such a competitive space, but no major differentiators. Not a single new business sale in my entire tenure there.
