I've been working at Acoustic for a while now and want to share some insights that might be helpful for prospective employees. While there are several positive aspects, there are also challenges that potential hires should be aware of. Pros: Supportive Team: My colleagues are knowledgeable and supportive, always willing to help each other out. The teamwork culture here is strong, and there’s a sense of camaraderie. Cons: Quota Challenges: Hitting quota has been a significant challenge for almost everyone on the team. Typically, only one person manages to meet their targets each quarter. This can be discouraging and affects morale. Lead Quality: The inbound leads we receive are often low quality. Many leads turn out to be fake or from individuals who downloaded obscure whitepapers with no genuine interest in our product. This makes it difficult to convert leads into sales. Lack of Inbound Leads: There is a noticeable scarcity of inbound leads. The marketing efforts don't seem to be generating the volume and quality of leads needed to support the sales team effectively.
