Former Employee2.9Feb 18, 2024I was a union sales rep at AT&T in retail store. THe base compensation started at 18 an hr in SoCal in 2020 with fluency in a second language. Raise every 6 months until the cap of 20.25 (As of 2022). Overall decent compensation for retail environment.

They are looking for ways to fire people vs. doing layoffs and providing a severance. They want everybody to be a transactional seller vs. solution selling.
