But through failed business ventures (buying dtv Warner media etc) had to make business changes that effected the company in a neg way. Massive layoffs (surpluses). Started off great good pay. Current Employee3.4Aug 27, 2024Great place to start. Could pay more but theres good leadership. Depends on the team youre on also. Top performers work on referrals so the job becomes less sales as time goes on.
