I worked in HRO and while I feel like most other product lines through ADP were a market fit, their comprehensive service platform was twice the cost of competitors like paychex and Paylocity with no real difference/competitive advantage.

My overall experience has been neutral thus far. Old school sales methodologies. Lack of organization. A lot of testing and playing by ear. Very demanding sales process that could be made much easier and shorter
