The sales training is great and a very solid first job if you want to continue in sales, but the salary is well below the industry average. Also, you work heavily against your inside sales teams versus against competitors

Although a great organization, and great products, it is becoming more of a micromanaged role and typical sales call center atmosphere.

Re-orgs every year make it hard to gain traction. In process sales don’t carry over if territories or jobs change due to re-orgs. Lots of customer service issues, high turnover in client customer service so the buck always gets passed to sales. 75% customer service issues and 25% selling.
