If you are in the core space you can only sell to companies that have 50-149 employees, anything outside of that requires you to split a deal with a partner. The channel partner system is chaotic and disorganized, and ROE are not established in the least. My comp services and total source (PEO) partners are constantly sniping accounts in my territory without me being split in on the deal.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this organization. It isn’t much of a growth company at this point being that it is established and the comp plan reflects that across the entire company. Senior reps (10+ years) are typically the only ones that make 200k+ consistently. Browse Other Reviews
