Re-orgs every year make it hard to gain traction. In process sales don’t carry over if territories or jobs change due to re-orgs. Lots of customer service issues, high turnover in client customer service so the buck always gets passed to sales. 75% customer service issues and 25% selling.

AVOID! 80% of business is referred, all good producing referral channels are given to tenured reps so not good distribution of opportunity, product is good but it's a lot of work to switch. Everyone you speak to will have been dialed into oblivion by other ADP reps so you just get yelled at 24/7 when prospecting. If you've done sales before, find a job elsewhere. One...Read More
