Overall experience: solid. ADP is the market leader in the HCM space by a mile. Selling a market-leading product has it's perks. The company invests heavily in keeping things fun for the sales organization. We have 3 all-expense paid incentive trips that you can qualify for per yer. We have happy hours often. There are sales offices in most major cities throughout the US (thus there are a lot of opportunities to advance your career if you're a high-performer and willing to move states) Each office has a slightly different culture. The culture is defined by the VP and the Sales Execs. in that market. I've heard some stories of bad culture, but typically it results in a rebuild. The company is very invested in doing things right from what I've seen in 4 years. Change takes time and isn't always as quick as people would like, but ADP is constantly evolving. A lot of people say the company is the "big, slow moving giant" but it's funny... ADP invests more in innovation than the combined revenue of the closest competitors. Final word... ADP rewards it's high performers. Low performers don't make a lot, but enjoy other perks.
