SBS at ADP is truly a grind, the pay is awful and the commission is equally as awful. It’s a great place to learn and if you do well you set yourself up for success when interviewing for other opportunities.
The company truly treats the SBS reps like scum. You do so much work for little pay and you pretty much become the used car salesperson of payroll.
Get your training here for a year and get out before you lose your sanity.
