Great place to start, get your feet wet and run away. SBS at ADP is truly a grind, the pay is awful and the commission is equally as awful. It’s a great place to learn and if you do well you set yourself up for success when interviewing for other opportunities. The company truly treats the SBS reps like scum. You do so much work for little pay and you pretty much become the used car salesperson of payroll. Get your training here for a year and get out before you lose your sanity.

My overall experience is good due to the company culture and management. There is no micro-management involved. The hybrid structure is great. The base pay is non-negotiable as there is a pre-built compensation structure that digital sales reps follow.
