Former Employee ADP is a great place to grow in a sales market. They have unique opportunities in client or hunter sales roles, along with multiple different company sizes you can work with. The sales cycle is longer, and commissions are based on an annual target, so you'll see more aggressive compensations nearing the end of the fiscal year, as your total annual sales are the largest. Former Employee Nothing major to add. Difficult job but I feel I was treated fairly.
