Current Employee2.9Aug 9, 2024The most successful people in my role have internal and external partners who send them leads. Then, when you add in your self-gen efforts, you should have no problem exceeding your quota. If you are totally self-gen and lack support from your leader you will struggle.

I was excited for the role, however besides the basic training, I did not receive additional support. Now, you're supposed to figure out sometimes on your own, but there was no leadership too. At the end, I got it more but I couldn't see myself there for long.
