If you're willing to put in the work and effort, this job is "easy." When I say work, I specifically mean it's completely on you to prospect, build relationships, get the sale, generate referrals, and build referral partners. ADP gives you the training and positive culture, but they lack patience and want you to sell ASAP, which can harm the relationship. All of this though for a very small base salary.

My experience was okay. I worked at ADP for a little over a year and didnt love it but I can see how it fits for others.

Company has a nice young culture and provides a lot of training. That being said I’m in an inbound role, the leads are very hit or miss in this job. One week they can be gold and then the next two weeks they are garbage. You are expected to sell and set up accounts which makes the job 10x more stressful.
