Commissions and accelerators are attractive, but there's a clawback clause and reps have zero influence in implementation. If the project doesn't go live, the reps doesn't get paid and implementation teams are not the best, nor get paid for implementing successfully, so they manage it as a 9 to 5.
Also, there's a large deal cap depending on the situation, where one can get paid circa half of the commission.
They offer healthcare with good vendors and some tax breaks if contracting some services like food vouchers and transportation from your gross salary. No team building events, no stocks, no wellness, no fully remote policy (3 days minimum at the office) and no free food allowance.
