Horrible leadership, terrible business design, lead flow and structure is designed only to favour those who have been in role for extended periods, or who are buddy buddy with the managers. Territories are unbalanced, and expectations are consistent, regardless if the territory produces 5k or 500k. No one is there to assist, they only claim to be, and the internal structure is impossible to determine who to reach out too for assistance, if they even feel like helping you at the time. STAY AWAY FROM ADP
